Tender description

Contract for the provision of a Help to Live at Home Service (HTLAH) within the Borough of SouthTyneside. The service will enable and support people to live as independently as possible in their own homes. The care and support will have a person centred approach that enables individuals to ‘live a good life’ by using assistive technology wherever possible to promote independence. The Contract is divided into 4 Lots each pertaining to a specific Geographical zone and each contain an element of block hours. The Council will enter into 4 separate contracts with 1 Provider for each Lot. Keywords: personal care, Domicilliary Services
