Tender description
The Information Management Service (IMS), part of Gloucestershire County Council (GCC), is looking to procure a system for managing requests for information to enable them to process, record and respond to Freedom of Information, Subject Access and other Information Rights requests and Environmental Information Regulation requests within the appropriate timescales. The system should enable the public to submit their requests and view a disclosure log online. In addition to this, the system should also enable the council to process, record and respond to information compliance and governance advice.
