Tender description

As part of its on-going health park campus site development work, the Trust is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced company to undertake the reinstatement of vacant land creating an open space park environment. When the Trust built its new hospital in 2015, the land used for the building was part of the old Springfield Park in West Derby, Liverpool. This was achieved via a land swap arrangement with Liverpool City Council. The work the Trust now requires is to provide a new park on land which is now adjacent to the new hospital. Keywords: parkland, reinstatement
