The bidder is expected to provide the core treatment of food waste services outlined in this document including but not limited to: — to arrange the acceptance of the collected food waste at a central location in the District of South Northamptonshire. South Northamptonshire Council’s collection team will only deliver waste to a central location within South Northamptonshire District, — provide treatment for all the separate food waste that is collected at the kerbside from householders and a small number of businesses.
