This Specification forms part of the Contract between the London Borough of Redbridge (“the Authority”) and the Contractor for the Provision of Private Litter Enforcement Services in the London Borough of Redbridge (“the Contract”). The Contractor shall undertake the provision of the litter enforcement service (“the Service”) as detailed in this Specification or as otherwise notified to the Contractor and in accordance with the Conditions of Contract.
