Tender description

High-quality, cost-effective, timely external provision of print services is required across the full spectrum of print media. The Council is therefore seeking to appoint a limited number of external print companies to provide high-quality print services. Successful contractors should note that there is no guarantee as to the number or value of orders that may be placed during the contract period. Lot 1 will include all flyers, posters, leaflets, booklets, folders, business cards and basic printing requirements, required in bulk (for example Council meeting agendas). Lot 2 will include all envelope printing. The companies placed onto the framework will be ranked according to the information submitted in appendix 1 (price and delivery matrix), per lot and then by item. For items stated on the pricing matrix (and for requirements of a similar quantity), work will be allocated based on a supplier’s ranking for that item. For bespoke/large jobs, all companies will be called upon to provide quotes.
