Tender description

The Trust is looking for a commercial partner to develop and operate a Nursery at the Darent Valley Hospital site and is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced nursery providers. The Trust will take guidance and advice on the range and scope of services provided by the nursery provider, however, as a guide, the following scope is being considered: — children of the Hospital staff from 3 months to 5 years, after school club, holiday clubs, — either new build or adaption of Trust facilities (funding options to be determined following discussions with providers), — provision of outdoor garden area and play facilities, — other relevant options as raised with interested parties. The Trust has approximately 2 500 staff working at the Darent Valley site and is keen to provide a nursery, on the hospital site, for its staff.
