Tender description

The construction of a new park: Airlie Park in Adamstown. The proposed park is located within Tandy's Lane Helens Development Area within Adamstown SDZ Planning Scheme Area. The works to the wider park (Airlie Park) will be undertaken on behalf of South Dublin County Council by the main contractor will be the construction of a public park with approximately 11 hectares of area. It includes earth work, drainage works, hard and soft landscape works, sport facilities, a building with changing facilities and specialised works for playgrounds. The playground specialist will be novated as a specialist contractor to the main contractor. This tender involves design, supply and installation of 4 separate play areas within that park (3 play spaces and an exercise area).
