Who Speclialist Work With ORR's Digital Content Strategy Committee, consisting of user representatives from across ORR including IT and communications. What Specialists Work On 1. Finalise the invitation to tender for a company to design a new ORR website 2. Appoint a company and then client manage the company on ORR’s behalf to ensure the project is delivered to a high standard, with good engagement internally and is on time and on budget. Where the Work Takes Place 1 Kemble Street, London, WC2B 4AN - please note we will be relocating to 25 Cabot Square, Canary Wharf E14 5AB in Autumn 2019 Early Market Engagement A consultancy firm have recently concluded an independent analysis of our website. Their final report provides a detailed list of requirements for the new website (business, user, process, system) and these findings will be available to the successful candidate. Working Arrangements To be agreed on contract award, but likely to be a combination of on-site and suppliers premises. Work Location 1 Kemble Street, London, WC2B 4AN - please note we will be relocating to 25 Cabot Square, Canary Wharf E14 5AB in Autumn 2019 Security Clearance Additional T&Cs Skills & Experience At least 5 years’ digital experience, with strong HTML, CSS skills and advanced knowledge of the relevant web standards (accessibility, usability, information architecture, SEO) Excellent management skills, in order to communicate regularly with the team on progress, compliance with costs and deadlines and possible problems encountered Strong technical knowledge that will allow you to speak effectively with both the technical team and non-technical internal ORR stakeholders Ability to manage many different jobs and meet deadlines consistently Expertise in digital design, user experience and information architecture testing Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience overseeing the implementation of a new website, including migration from the old website to the new Nice to Haves Have experience of working for public sector Experience in developing Government websites No. of Specialists to Evaluate 4 Cultural Fit Criteria Be part of a team in our organisation Show leadership by challenging the status quo and existing assumption Be welcoming and respectful of different opinions and constructive in feedback Share knowledge and experience Be transparent and collaborative Consider future requirements Assessment Method Evaluation Weighting Technical competence 70% Cultural fit 10% Price 20% Questions from Suppliers Budget range
