Tender description
This prior information notice (PIN) is to notify the market that London South Bank University intends to initiate a procurement exercise that will lead to the delivery and implementation of both a new student record system (SRS) and customer relationship management system (CRM). The University is holding a market event at our Southwark Campus on 10.9.2019 between 14.00 and 16.00 at which we will outline our plans, discuss the current iteration of the specification and explain our anticipated approach to the forthcoming procurement process. A presentation will be delivered by the University's Programme Director and Director of Procurement Services and potential suppliers of software solutions will have an opportunity to ask questions and make suggestions. The University is keen to gauge market interest and take on board insights and advice from suppliers of such systems.
