Please note, this soft market testing questionnaire is not part of a live tendering opportunity, it is to inform future commissioning intentions. The London Borough of Islington (LBI) is committed to supporting Older People to live healthy, purposeful, independent, connected, and fulfilling lives. In common with other areas of the country, the number of older people in Islington is set to increase over time and the council is preparing plans for how we will best support those people in the future. We recognise the importance of high quality housing, care, and support and see developing additional Extra Care Housing provision as a key strategic opportunity. We are currently undertaking an Extra Care Housing Needs Assessment and welcome provider input and expressions of interest to support our future journey. Keywords: Extra care
