LPS CAS - Cleaning Services Framework Agreement - RFQ 15228697

Tender description

The Authority is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of Cleaning Services, predominantly to Schools but also other customers throughout the North West of England. This means that the vast majority of cleaning contracts required whilst the Framework Agreement is active will be tendered via Mini-Competition (i.e. the invitation only of Service Providers appointed to the Framework, and appointment from the Framework). Tenderers should note that there is an information session at County Hall, Preston, PR1 8XJ scheduled 04/04/2019 at 10am prompt. Please confirm attendance and numbers via the tendering portal (Oracle Online Discussions). The purpose of the session is to give tenderers an opportunity to meet the buyer and to raise any specific queries. Attendance is not mandatory and relevant information from the session will be shared afterwards on the Oracle Online Discussions. Tenderers are still advised to issue requests for clarification via the Online Discussions during the tender process up until the deadline for receipt of clarifications (see ITT document section 'Key Dates'). Please see the tender documentation for more information regarding this procurement. The initial Framework period will be two (2) years, after such time the Authority may extend the Framework by any number of defined periods, provided that the total duration does not exceed four (4) years.
