Tender description

HMRC require the Contractor to provide leadership to HMRC in developing its requirements for future provision of IT services to be delivered by external suppliers - and agreeing the roadmap for which services they will be. The Contractor will have a combination of commercial and contract transition expertise coupled with a detailed knowledge of IT Service provision and definition, identification of requirements to meet business needs and a good knowledge of programme / project disciplines in organisations undergoing large scale transformation.
