Tender description

Leicester City Council is looking for suitable providers to deliver accommodation-based housing related support services across the geographical area of Leicester City for single homeless adults, and homeless childless couples. The provider will need to have accommodation from which to provide the support. All accommodation provided must ensure individuals supported have a self-contained room with access to (as a minimum) shared bathroom and kitchen facilities. The service is being split into the following lots: — Lots 1 a-c: Low — Med Intensity Accommodation-Based Housing-Related Support, — Lots 2 a-b: High Intensity Accommodation-Based Housing-Related Support, — Lots 3 a-c: Low Intensity Semi-Independent Accommodation-Based Support. Temporary accommodation-based low-medium support: 3 sub-lots, each one to provide 6-8 units of accommodation-based housing related support, on average providing 3 hours support per client per week. Temporary accommodation-based high support: 2 sub-lots, each to provide 4-6 units of accommodation-based housing related support (high), on average providing 6 hours support per client per week. Semi-independent accommodation-based support: 3 sub-lots, each to provide 12-14 units of low-intensity accommodation-based housing related support, on average providing 1,5 hours support per client per week. This will be within a semi-independent environment and will be longer-term than temporary accommodation.
