Tender description

The aim of the service is to provide specialist housing with care and support for people with varying levels of care and support needs on hand for 24 hours. Extra care includes accommodation primarily for older people which can offer a choice of independent living in a community setting, with care and support services delivered according to individual need. Extra care housing is mainly targeted at older people over 55 years but is also used to meet the needs of younger adults with physical disabilities, learning disabilities or mental health problems. The tendering is divided into three (3) lots with each lot representing an extra care accommodation facility in the borough of Wandsworth.
