Tender description

The services will comprise of: — routine servicing and maintenance of fire detection and alarm systems and equipment associated with automatic opening vents, — reactive maintenance and replacement of specified equipment, — providing a 24 hour breakdown and emergency call out service. The services will be carried out to the head office, various Flats (up to 3 storeys) and supported housing schemes within a 50 mile radius of Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. The contract is for servicing and maintenance of all fire detection and alarm systems installed in Havebury's properties listed above and within the procurement documentation. The contract is for a period of 3 years with the option to extend annually by mutual agreement for up to 2 further years. The contract will commence on 2.9.2019.
