Expression of Interest - Independent Safeguarding Adults Review for the London Borough of Hounslow

The Hounslow Safeguarding Adults Board are seeking an experienced reviewer to conduct an independent Safeguarding Adults Review, in line with the statutory requirements of S44 of the Care Act 2014. The SAR is to be delivered in line with Hounslow’s safeguarding adult review policy. This is to be a paper-based review due to the time since death and the proportion of the SAR that involves another placing local authority and health trust. We are looking for reviewers who preferably have a police background and experience of conducting SARs involving adults with learning difficulties. The expression of interest is open until 18:00 On Wednesday 21st August 2019. when the expression of interest period has closed interested parties who have expressed their interest to this advert will then be issued the request for quote document outlining the project brief and requirements. Ideally, the review work will need to start as soon as possible; with completion 6 months from the agreed start date. Keywords: Independent Safeguarding Adults Review
