Tender description

The contract shall commence on 1.12.2019 and, subject to satisfactory performance, shall continue until 30.11.2021 (‘the Contract Period’). At the sole discretion of the authority the contract period may be extended by the authority in such period or periods as the authority deems appropriate up to a maximum of two (2) years, providing a total possible contract period until midnight on 30.11.2023. The contractor will be required to undertake environmental enforcement activities across the London Borough of Redbridge. The London Borough of Redbridge (‘the Authority’) are seeking expressions of interests from suitably qualified contractors to undertake the provision of the environmental enforcement services. This service shall incorporate the issue of Fixed Penalty Notices (‘FPN's) relating to, but not exclusively for the following offences: — littering including urination and spitting, — graffiti and flyposting, — dog fouling, — failure to comply with a public spaces protection order.
