Tender description

This framework agreement is for the supply of a wide variety of electrical appliances and products to the Council’s supplies service for re-sale to schools and corporate customers through the supplies catalogue. The contract is part of the ‘Domestic Goods’ category of Council requirements. The framework agreement consists of 2 lots: Lot 1: smaller products (e.g. batteries, desk fans) for delivery to Supplies store at Melton. Lot 2: larger products (e.g. fridges and freezers) for direct delivery to establishments. This is a framework for the supply of electrical appliances and products to the East Riding of Yorkshire Council Supplies. Products within this framework include a range of electrical products, white goods, appliances and batteries. Products purchased through this framework will be listed within the supplies annual catalogue for re-sale. Customers of supplies include, but are not limited to all internal departments, schools and academies within East Riding of Yorkshire Council locations and other Local Authorities, Schools and Academies. In this lot products are determined to be core products and non-core products and are grouped into ranges; batteries, fans, heaters and air conditioning units, audio visual equipment, catering equipment and electrical accessories.
