The first stage of this programme is to develop a road map and delivery model which will enable us to address gaps in our current network of electric vehicle charging points across the five boroughs of Darlington, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Redcar & Cleveland and Stockton-On-Tees. Support is required from an experienced organisation with demonstrable knowledge, expertise and experience of working with local stakeholders to develop a similar public sector project. This should include providing a delivery model that encompasses the needs of car, vans, taxis, refuse collection vehicles and electric cargo bikes and different users including the commercial sector, private car users and local authorities.
