Tender description

Hertfordshire County Council wishes to procure a framework agreement of external training providers who are accredited to RoATP (the Government’s Register of Approved Training Providers) to deliver quality apprenticeships across a variety of areas throughout Hertfordshire. We are intending to use current Apprenticeship Standards and Frameworks as defined by the ESFA. As new standards are added and existing frameworks are made obsolete, we would expect training providers to have an adaptable and flexible approach to support the Council and participating bodies in delivering these. This framework agreement is being lead by Hertfordshire County Council and will also be available for use by any District Council as well as any dependent School in the county of Hertfordshire. Hertfordshire County Council is opening its framework agreement for the provision of Apprenticeship Levy Training Providers — HCC1709652 as per Section 1 of the framework agreement, instructions to tenderers paragraph 1.1. This is for new standards that have been released by Government for Lots 1,2,5 and 7 as well as existing standards/frameworks across Lots 1, 2, 5 and 7. Existing providers will be notified via the correspondence area of in-tend and will be afforded the opportunity to express their interest in the new standards and the existing standards/frameworks for which they have not previously bid for- as a variation to their existing framework agreements and will not be required to complete the full response document but will be required to complete bid form 7 for the new standards and existing standards/frameworks within Lots 1, 2, 5 and 7 only. All new providers will be required to fully complete and submit the response document and bid form 7 for the new standards and existing standards/frameworks within Lots 1, 2, 5 and 7 only. Please note: The re-opening of this framework agreement at this stage is for the new Standards and existing standards/frameworks within Lots 1, 2, 5 and 7 only. As and when new standards become available for these and other lots we will re-open the framework agreement by way of issue of a new PIN Notice.
