Detailed Small Signal Modelling, Analysis and Controller Tuning for All-Island Power System

Tender description

EirGrid is seeking proposals to assist in the development of a base model for the All Island system for small signal and dynamic studies with a summary report outlining the model development and initial results for small signal assessment and dynamic studies. This is to be achieved by: 1. Literature Review of International Best Practice on PSS Tuning, Model Validation and Testing of Controller Parameters 2. Gathering and reviewing model information for each generator and assessing if information is sufficient for modelling 3. Developing a Model and Testing 4. Reporting on Very Low Frequency Oscillation Studies and mitigation actions
