Tender description
Clanmil Housing wishes to appoint suitably qualified contractors to provide a cyclical decoration works at various schemes / properties across Northern Ireland.. For the avoidance of doubt the cyclical decoration works are in line with current DfC guidelines https://www.dsdni.gov.uk/housing-maintenance inc painting, redecoration, carpeting and all associated works to communal areas. The contracts will be split into 2 lots. Tenderers can bid for one or more lots but may only be awarded one lot. The process for the award of Lots is explained in Appendix 1 – process for Award of Lots.
