Specialist and deep cleaning managed services during industrial action at the trust. The trust requires a short term managed service for deep clean and specialist cleaning during industrial action within estates and facilities to ensure a safe and clean environment and quality service for patients in line with NHS legislation. The contract award is conducted under Regulation 32(c) Use of the negotiated procedure without prior publication due to the urgent and emergency requirement in exceptional circumstances meaning that the time limits for the open or restricted procedures or competitive procedures with negotiation cannot be complied with.
