Tender description
The Council is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement (“the Framework”) under which the Purchasers can procure hackney carriage, private hire vehicle services and bus & coach (public service vehicles). There will be no guarantee of work under the Framework, but the Purchasers envisage that they will make considerable use of the Framework throughout its lifetime. The Framework will be for the Corporate Travel Needs of the City Council.
