Tender description

The Council is seeking a supplier to provide Broadband Infrastructure to rural businesses in Buckinghamshire that currently have no Next Generation Access (NGA) Infrastructure provided with a download speed greater than 30Mbps utilising the National Broadband Scheme (NBS) 2016. Additional funding may become available during the contract life. Should this occur the value of the contract may increase. Further Information regarding the Scope and the evaluation process can be found within the procurement documentation. Deployment must complete by 31st December 2021— there is a requirement for the delivery of Wholesale Services for 7 years post completion of the deployment date. Tenderers should note that there are critical dates at the start of this procurement relating to the supplier return and agreement to the Councils Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA), agreed Code of Conduct and expression of interest form. Suppliers who fail to respond/agree by the stated milestones will be excluded Keywords: Rural, Broadband
