Tender description

This is not an OJEU Tender. The TDA, on behalf of the Council, is seeking a development partner who can work alongside the Council to deliver a mixed use development; one who has a proven track record in delivering mixed use regeneration projects in similar locations. Torbay Council wishes to regenerate Paignton Harbour through the redevelopment of the existing commercial properties and car park. Indicative concept drawings (see above) have been developed. The development site includes the existing car park and development options will need to consider parking.
