Tender description

The principle objective of this project is to understand the implications of implementing an A52 eastbound to westbound U-turn ban at the Stragglethorpe Road junction on access for properties fronting A52 westbound carriageway between Stragglethorpe Road and Bassingfield Lane, and from Bassingfield Lane itself. The scope of this work is to undertake a trial to monitor the existing situation in terms of length of gaps in A52 eastbound traffic flows near the affected properties and at Bassingfield Lane and then to implement the temporary U-turn ban with associated signal controller specification and monitor the situation post implementation.
