Tender description
Tai Tarian is seeking to appoint 2 (two) contractors with 1 (one) reserve to a 4-year framework agreement. Tai Tarian is seeking to engage contractors with a proven track record of delivering best practice on comparable contracts and are able to work pro-actively with Tai Tarian to assist in delivering its social and environmental agenda within the communities in which it operates. It is anticipated that Tai Tarian will spend approximately 9 500 000 over the period of the contract. The works are intended to be EWI, re-roofing, re-rendering and other fabric works. All works on/in the properties carried out under the NEC4 option ‘A’ contract (priced contract with activity schedule.)
