Tender description

Training on the prevention and management of violence and aggression. We’re looking for a supplier who will work with us to make sure our colleagues are able to assess risk to ensure their own personal safety, along with that of customers and others. Whether they’re lone working in the community, visiting customers in their homes, or providing one-to-one support to a customer with complex needs — we want to equip them with the knowledge and skills to recognise triggers and warning signs of escalation to prevent and manage violent or aggressive behaviour. We’re not looking for a ‘one-size fits all’ solution — we know that the level of knowledge and skills required by our colleagues is different dependent on their role and responsibilities, and dependent on the customers they work with. The successful supplier will work with us to provide tiered learning that reflects the different requirements within our workforce.
