Tender description

The London Borough of Sutton (‘the Council’) intends to commission care and support services to support the independence and well-being of Sutton service users living in the Council’s commissioned supported living schemes with a learning disability. Lot 1: Locality A(1) The Council is introducing new arrangements for commissioned supported living schemes, which include: — a locality approach, — focus on outcomes, — ‘Core and Individual’ care and support model, — partnership arrangements with the landlord.
