Durham County Council is looking into the potential development of sites to increase its capacity to support young people and adults (16+) in the community and across the county, with a range of needs, i.e. mental health, learning disability, autism spectrum, which could include physical disability, sensory impairment, and challenging behaviours. We are interested in hearing from parties who may have land, building development opportunities, refurbishment or suitable accommodation.
