North London Waste Authority (the authority) is a statutory waste disposal authority for the north London area covering seven (7) north London boroughs. The Authority is responsible for the management and disposal of the Mixed dry recyclables (MDR) collected by six (6) of the boroughs in its area (Boroughs). The services are divided into 10 lots with the same anticipated volume of MDR tonnages. Each lot will have an estimated tonnage size of 9,000 to 15,000 tonnes of MDR.
