Tender description

Kent and Medway Towns Fire Authority are developing a new print services framework to provide expert and cost effective print services across the organisation. The authority produces a variety of printed material each year, including various brochures, leaflets, posters, banners and an assortment of branded merchandise. The supplier must be able to provide an online ordering platform that allows the authority to order from an authorised list of catalogue items, including customisable items from template-based artwork and ordering of print from stock. Suppliers tendering for lot 2 will be expected to provide goods such as postcards, flyers, leaflets, business cards and miscellaneous stationery including forms and No Carbon Required (NCR) Pads. Suppliers tendering for Lot 3 will be required to provide a number of binding and finishing services including, but not limited to: — binding including perfect binding, — saddle stitching, — wire stitching, — drilling, — die cutting, — folding, — varnishing, — laminating and encapsulation, — trimming, — creasing, and — perforation. Supplier tendering for Lot 4 must be able to supply banners, display graphics, signage systems, vehicle graphics and installations. The supplier tendering for Lot 5 must be able to provide a range of merchandise and giveaways such as branded pens, t-shirts, hats and fridge magnets.
