The PCSA Value of 185858.87 (includes original £165,653.87 + £20,205 EOT) value relates to the PCSA2016 Agreement dated 7/8/19 for the pre-construction works required in Year 1. This contract record will be updated as works progress to add the agreed Design & Build contracts/values for the works required each year - and the associated pre-construction works for each year - This contract covers works in Phase Two/Years 1 -5. The Total budget for Modernisation Works from the Cheshire Fire Authority is £8.5m to be released in 2 stages - this contract is in stage 1 - which also covers Phase One/Year Zero works - see Contract CPA/SPU/1054 BLPD system ref 40504 JCT D&B Phase Two/Year 1 sites value £2,891,993.38. Total to date for Contract CPA/SPU/1203F £3,077,852.25 Phase Two/Year Two - PCSA Value £205,887.43.
