Tender description

Midland Heart requires a legal services contract to offer advice in respect of all functional and geographic areas of our business operations. The successful contractors will need to be able to deal with Midland Hearts day-to-day legal services and advice needs, work with in-house legal teams, support growth plans through commercially astute advice and help Midland Heart make the necessary connections to succeed in our chosen markets. Midland Heart will be holding a meet the buyer day on the 9.9.2019. There will be 2 sessions, the content of these will be the same so attendance is only required at one of the 2 sessions, the times available are 10.00 a.m. — 12.00 p.m. and 02.00 p.m. — 04.00 p.m. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis. There are 16 places per session and 1 place will be allocated per organisation. You must complete the request for information document and submit to Laura.Bennett@midlandheart.org.uk by 05.00 p.m. on the 30th of August to attend the meet the buyer event. It is upon receipt of the request for information document that places will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Midland Heart will collate all questions relating to the request for information and respond to all parties as per the timetable. The presentation and minutes will be published on Midland Hearts website shortly after the event taking place. Any advice used from the request for information or meet the buyer event, will be published in a memorandum in the invitation to tender documents. Lots will be confirmed on the contract notice and in the invitation to tender documents when they are published with the contract notice.
