Housing Support linked to Short Term Accommodation

Tender description

Cumbria County Council are inviting submissions for the provision of housing related support via the Positive Pathway model to deliver housing related support to young people who are in housing need. It is expected that young people will receive a package of support based on their individual needs, which will be reviewed regularly. This support will enable the young person to move on as a self-sufficient adult, able to manage their own tenancy. The tender will be split into five lots across the areas identified by the Council. Lot 1 – Allerdale and Copeland Lot 2 - Barrow in Furness Lot 3 - Carlisle Lot 4 - Eden Lot 5 - South Lakeland Bidders can bid for one or more lots and it is envisaged that we will have a maximum of four lots awarded to each bidder, however the council may change this at its discretion.
