Tender description

The Authority is looking for Hard FM Services to replace the current service contracts held by NCHC. The Contractor will provide the following services as part of the resultant contract: CAFM & Helpdesk. Framework value is calculated as follows: Current NCHC annual Hard FM spend (including planned and reactive maintenance) = £1,689,000 p/a. The Contractor awarded to the framework will be responsible for procuring sub-contractor services through the Trust DPS (Dynamic Purchasing System), but sub-contractors will be directly contracted to the Trust, and managed by the contractor. It is envisaged that NCHC will contract for at least four years under the framework, and the Trust make the assumption that approximately two thirds of the current contract value is attributable to planned and reactive maintenance works.
