This ITT is for the appointment of a Commercial Legal Advisor to support the delivery of; • The Detailed Procurement Strategy • The Outline Business Case • The Contracting Strategy, Contract Forms and Tender Documents • Procurement Process • The Full Business Case • The Appointment and Mobilisation of Development Partner • Construction and Post Construction A full Scope of Services is set out in the ITT.
