This is a prior information notice (PIN) only: Publication and a call for competition will be conducted once the scope of work is fully defined and approved. DFID will hold an early market engagement event for the above named programmes on 28th August. Registration should be completed through the Survey Monkey link on the DFID Supply Partner portal https://dfid.proactisportal.com/Account/Login where all details on time/date and location are held. E4H-P and E4H-KP will help deliver a well-functioning, efficient and equitable health system in Punjab and Khyber akhtunkhwa by strengthening evidence-driven decision-making and performance accountability. It will focus on evidence for quality as well as coverage of healthcare and will embed irreversible system improvements and efficiencies in health service delivery, enabling the government to derive greater health impact from its own resources and become more self-reliant, transitioning away from aid. The programme will improve health outcomes for the most vulnerable, and will complement and enhance DFID’s investments in education, nutrition and family planning to lock-in human capital gains and accelerate Pakistan’s progress towards upper middle-income status.
