FH261 Provision of legal services in support of GDPR and Data Protection requirements

Tender description

Futures Housing Group (FHG) is seeking to appoint a single supplier to provide the Organisation with legal advisory services to support data protection arrangements and assist the Data Protection Officer (DPO) in advising and delivering on the requirements of GDPR/DPA 2018. FHG is aware of its obligations to meet the requirements of the EU GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA) and is committed to not only comply but to implement continual improvement opportunities and drive through ongoing commercial advantage by embracing GDPR and the positive outcomes it can deliver for FHG's customers, employees, partners and stakeholders by the effective management of their information. The period of this contract will be up to three years including a one year initial period, and with a unilateral right to extend for a further period not exceeding two years. The successful bidder(s) will be required to work collaboratively with members of FHG to achieve a high standard of service.
