Please note documents can only be accessed via www.nepo.org using reference number DN394074. This framework is for the control of legionella bacteria in water systems. The framework is separated into 2 lots. Lot 1: is the control of legionella bacteria in water systems in all Durham County Council sites (currently 211 sites in total); Lot 2: is the control of legionella bacteria in water systems in all educational and external client buildings (currently 272 sites in total). The Council intends to invite the 5 highest scoring bidders to tender, subject to having also passed Part 1, Part 2, and the other sections of Part 3, and achieved a minimum weighted score of 70 % for the technical questions in this SQ. The Council will shortlist the 5 highest scoring bidders relevant to each lot. Each lot will be awarded on a sole supplier basis with 1 bidder held in reserve.
