Rent Smart Wales are putting together an all Wales bid to the Warm Homes Fund, to address properties with an ‘F’ or ‘G’ rated Energy Performance Certificate in the Private Rented Sector. Rent Smart Wales are putting together an all Wales bid to the Warm Homes Fund, to address properties with an ‘F’ or ‘G’ rated Energy Performance Certificate in the Private Rented Sector. Rent Smart Wales (as part of Cardiff Council) will be the lead authority in the bid, and would like to work with a commercial organisation in order to put the bid together. If the bid is successful, this organisation would then lead on the administration and management of the project. The tender documentation will be available to download in the week commencing 12th August.
