Designated Funds Programme Review and Development

Tender description

Highways England wishes to let a contract to enable it to publicise Road Period 1 (RP1) delivery and use the lessons of RP1 to improve delivery approaches for RP2. This will include the following core activities: 1. Comparison of the designated funds delivery model against similar publicly funded programmes and development of a best in class model suitable for the diverse range of projects that make up the DF programme delivered by a diverse range of delivery partners. 2. Preparation of revised funds plans to reflect the changes in the designated funds in RP2. 3. Preparation of communication plan and materials to explain how the funding has been used in RP1 and to explain access to, eligibility for and governance of the designated funding to internal and external audiences. 4. Delivery of the communications plan in collaboration with the designated funds division and specialist leads.
