Tender description
The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea wishes to appoint consultants to carry out a council-wide review of its pay and grading structure. Before inviting tenders for the contract, the Council would like to meet a number of providers to discuss its requirements and the information that tenderers would expect to be provided with as well as the most effective approach to take in order to achieve its objectives. Additional information: Parties interested in participating in this pre-market engagement should register on the Council's electronic procurement portal, capitalEsourcing by 17:00 hours on 23 August 2019. The Council anticipates inviting providers to meet the buyers at Kensington Town Hall on 5 and 6 September 2019.
