With some of the most unique venues and breathtaking views in the North East, our glorious Quayside showcases our most iconic structures including, the majestic Sage Gateshead, the stunning BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art, and our magnificent Gateshead Millennium Bridge linking Newcastle and Gateshead Quays. The Gateshead Millennium Bridge attracts over 2000 visitors per day on weekdays and 5000 per day at weekends. We are interested in events across the year however in particular events that span the popular seasonal periods Halloween, Christmas, New Year, Easter and Summer. Could you offer an immersive Christmas Experience or perhaps the best tipi bar in town? It is expected there will be a lot of competition for these spaces during these periods and proposers may have to enter a bidding competition should there be multiple competing proposals. We are seeking proposals that offer excitement and entertainment for residents of Gateshead and beyond. Our Quay spaces also offer a unique opportunity to businesses wishing to use the space for promotional purposes. Partnership events may be considered.
