Tender description

It is the intention of this multispeciality support and advisory consultancy services framework to assist beneficiaries with their transformational aims for service delivery and or partnership working, by providing focused and specialised support in the pursuit of service delivery excellence. Services offered under this framework will support beneficiaries with elements such as but not limited to: transformational advice, systems reviews, partnership development support, data analytics, service mapping, redesign, patient/user service development, integrated working, and other collaborative working practices. Support related to operational delivery, development, and transformation of services including matters of business and service improvement and performance. Service innovation reviews to assist beneficiaries to achieve a step change in performance and/or quality of service delivery, strengthening and broadening planning and service delivery vision, and or providing access to efficiency benefits and/or savings.
