Tender description
The Council is publishing this PIN to make the market aware that the Council wishes to establish a framework of up to 5 construction contractors to construct up to 29 units over a 4-year period. The initial contract will be for the first 3 buildings (6 units), estimated to be worth c11 000 000 GBP in construction value. The contractor that wins this tender will be awarded the initial contract and those placed in the top 4 or 5 in the evaluation will be awarded places on the framework agreement. Future contracts will be awarded via a further competition process between the framework members.
