Tender description

The authority is looking for Hard FM Services to replace the current service contracts held by NCHC. The contractor will provide the following services as part of the resultant contract: CAFM and Helpdesk. Framework value is calculated as follows: Current NCHC annual Hard FM spend (including planned and reactive maintenance) = 1 689 000 GBP p/a. The contractor awarded to the framework will be responsible for procuring sub-contractor services through the Trust DPS (Dynamic Purchasing System), but sub-contractors will be directly contracted to the Trust, and managed by the contractor. It is envisaged that NCHC will contract for at least 4 years under the framework, and the Trust make the assumption that approximately 2 thirds of the current contract value is attributable to planned and reactive maintenance works. The authority is looking to put a framework in place for Hard FM Services at Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust and potentially other Trusts within the Norfolk and Waveney STP.
