Bioconnect Innovation Centre CLG are seeking the services of a Project Manager / Client Representative to: •Advise and manage on behalf of BIOCONNECT the full process to ultimately bring the Bioconnection Innovation Centre into full operation by May 2021. •Advise on the most cost and time efficient route that BIOCONNECT should follow to bring the Centre into operation. •Complete the full development of the BIOCONNECT facility within the agreed budget of €4.0m and provide active monitoring on same. •Manage each tender stage including (i) Appointment of Design Team, (ii) Appointment of Construction contract. •Actively monitor each supplier engaged to ensure the committed program is delivered to time and to budget. •Actively manage all risks which arise through each stage of the program. •Deliver on the suite of Project Management responsibilities as set out in the Capital Works Management Framework
